Emily and Jeff Netz's 1920s Sear's Kit Home

We love Emily Netz. Her oldest son Theo is two weeks older than Daly's daughter Harriet. She has awesome taste, is so nice, and makes incredible coffee. She and her husband Jeff "slow flip" houses, meaning they live in houses as they renovate them, then they sell them in 1-2 years. Pretty cool concept.
